H264 Video Streaming Video Demo on Macnica Helio Board with Altera V SoC

The demo application running on the Macnica board encodes the raw YUV video stream using H.264 encoder and streams the encoded video frames to a VLC Media Player running on a remote Windows Host, through RTP streaming.
