NBA 2K17 - No Crowd Glitch Fix (PC/Steam)

Yo, I fixed mine by simply turning the crowd detail ON. Looks like it automatically turned off when I changed the video settings in options (message that pops up at the end might have something to do with it). Just select the level of detail you can handle. Check that this option isn't set to OFF before that "verifying integrity of game files" thing through Steam's options.
