Godot 3.2.2 complex shader different parameters for my game SpaceInOthers

This is ported shader from https://www.shadertoy.com/ for my game SpaceInOthers, very soon new things about this gamedev! ;) And different parameters from first one on right side is the parameters, and fixed shape of the stars!!!
