Sophie's Crazy Circuits Traffic Light
http://300mpg.org/2017/11/16/electronics-project-sophies-3-led-traffic-light/ Right after dinner, the Little Girl (just turned 7) and I set to work playing with the Crazy Circuits. She wanted to skip right past lighting up a single LED, and instead build a functioning traffic light. It worked great. We ended up playing for over an hour. It didn't take that long to actually design and build the traffic light, but then she quickly made up a game where one person operated the light, and the other person had to pretend to drive a car and follow it. It's cool to have a toy that can actually hold her attention for that long. This evening was immediately after I actually got the Crazy Circuits in the mail.
