ELDEN RING - How to find Radagon's Icon (a MUST HAVE for mages!!)
This must have Talisman for all aspiring mages can be found in Raya Lucaria Academy, very close to the Debate Parlour Site of Grace and is easily missed. This Talisman reduced spell casting time and who doesnt want that? It does it by adding a virtual +30 dexterity when you cast a spell thus reducing the cast time. Works for Sorceries and Incantations but not Dragon breath spells. If there is anything you want me to look for please let me know in the comments!
