Brand new DYMO LetraTag LT-100H Handheld Label Maker not working

I bought a couple of DYMO LetraTag LT-100H Handheld Label Maker for Office or Home (1749027) for my office in Nigeria and some are not working straight out of the box. Bought them from Amazon.
