Inquisitor Martyr Psyker AOE DOT build
Really powerful build I made up. Huge damage boost from the no crit perk. Crits are overrated. Big damage boost from the other perks. 130% damage boost from the passive buff. It's a glass cannon, but it near one-shots everything, and the dots allow easy kiting of bosses. Every attack is AOE, or a dot, or both. Higher levels can dump points into more defensive options for survivability. I already can push this several levels above my current level and a +/-40% swing.
