Let's Learn About Dolphins! | preschool learning videos- sea animals (why are dolphins mammals?)

Dolphins look like large fish and even though dolphins swim in the water, dolphins are actually mammals. That means they are warm blooded, feed milk to their young ones and must come to the surface of the water to breath. They breathe through a hole in their head called the blowhole. Like other mammals, dolphins have hair. The baby dolphins are born with whiskers which soon fall off. Dolphins are usually black, white or gray. But we also find Pink River Dolphins in some parts of the world including India. The dolphin’s skin is slippery and rubbery. This helps dolphins to swim. They are graceful swimmers. #dolphins #dolphin #earlyyears #orca
