Strange Fire So many today are presenting strange fire before the Lord. God is clear on how He wants his people to worship Him. Jesus said in 4:23-4 that God is looking for those who will worship Him in spirit and truth. Many today are creating their own worship experiences with cheerleading teams worshipping themself rather than the creator. Worship is to God for God through God. Worship itself today is worshipped by many and has become a God. Nadab and Abihu in Leviticus 10 had a similar attitude toward God and worship. The worship God commanded was not good enough for Nadab and Abihu. Instead of commanded worship, Nadab and Abihu brought strange fire before the Lord and paid for it with their lives. Tonight we will study the sin of Nadab and Abihu and their "STRANGE FIRE."
