Dark Souls Remastered [Thief Black Leather Set and Target Shield]

The following video shows where you can find the thief armor set (black leather) and the target shield in Dark Souls. You will find both items inside a building in the Lower Undead Burg. Both are near the fog gate of the Capra Demon. The target shild is probably the best parry sield of the whole game.
