Nuovo egg printer BAN5 is an Automatic offline egg printing system, for medium and large egg farms. It is to be used to print a traceability code and/or a name on the eggs, possibly in combination with a production and/or expiry date. It has a capacity of 24.000 - 54.000 eggs/hour. The egg-jet BAN5 uses a simple cartridge based technology and has a Solid construction, which results into a long lifetime. The printer has an Automatic tray conveyor belt and Selection switch for 1-8 print texts, incl. nozzle cleaning. The Ink consumption is variable and has Minimal consumption costs. The egg jet ban 5 uses Proved food grade ink to print eggs (red/green/blue/black). And has Perfect print quality by movable print heads, which adapts itselves to each individual egg height. 1 and/or 2 row printing is also possible. The printer has Different texts, fontstyles and logo’s, Several automatic date functions with a Size of the print field: (h) 4,8 mm, (l) 25 mm.
