If your vehicle is equipped with a power tilt and telescopic steering column, use this lever to adjust the steering wheel to the desired position. Push the lever up, down, forward or backward to move the steering wheel in the corresponding direction. If your vehicle is equipped with the Automatic Drive Positioner system and a power tilt and telescopic steering column, the steering wheel will move up automatically when the driver’s door is opened, the ignition switch is placed in the LOCK position and the Intelligent Key is not in the port. It will move back into position when the driver’s door is closed and the ignition switch is in the ACC position.
