MPs hold emergency debate on Keystone XL pipeline cancellation – January 25, 2021

Following a request by Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole, MPs hold an emergency debate in the House of Commons on U.S. President Joe Biden's cancellation of the permit allowing construction of the cross-border Keystone XL pipeline expansion to carry crude oil from Alberta to American refineries.
