Pruning Lavender

The variety of lavender that Bill is pruning in this video is Grosso, a lavandin (lavandula x intermedia) which is grown for fresh and dried bouquets and prized for its fragrant buds which are used in oil distillation, sachets, soaps and lavender crafts.
