Press and hold the sleep/wake and volume-down buttons at the same time. ( Count 10 seconds ) 4. Release the sleep/wake button, but keep holding the volume-down button. 5. Your screen should stay black. So you’ll see nothing on your screen, but iFree box or iTunes will show your device.
