Using Nougat or Oreo? Here is a workaround or fix that seems to work nearly 100% of the time. You do lose the listening "okay Google" feature from the lock screen and from driving mode, but this is better than having a useless cellular phone! Follow the instructions to disable the feature, you can enable it again easily just do the reverse. I hope this helps anyone who is suffering from this constant problem. Hopefully in future upgrades or releases this won't be necessary, but for now for some of us it most definitely is! How Do I?
