This was recorded back when the servers for the JPN version still supported online capabilities after the NTSC & PAL versions have closed their servers for good. For the NTSC version, Resident Evil Outbreak lost support for File#2 on March 31st, 2007, while the File#1 version lost support on January 2nd, 2008. Then finally, the JPN version lost online support for both titles on December 31st, 2007 which was supported by KDDI.
