Bless CBT] Amistad Guardian early level gameplay 3/5
Amistad is the human alliance within the only faction revealed for the first CBT, Union. The player is one of the drifters from the fallen Padana who were forced to fight for the Hyran Empire against the will. And as the Union is the alliance of factions fighting against Hyran, the Union is not trusting of the people of Padana and often outright mistreats them. The player starts his/her adventure by helping a centurion investigate the fishy activities of the Kapo [an official post like a magistrate] . I've mentioned my feelings for the game so far in previous videos but I'll give a brief summary. The game feels unfinished even considering that it is in its early testing stage. The graphics look good, the scenery and cities are quite impressive. But other than that nothing noteworthy with the graphics. Combat was meh. Promotion trailers and other info on what the complete game is supposed to be like implies that the game has a lot of non-combat activities [like Archeage] but none of them were present during the first CBT. The story was a fresh step away from the usual 'we blue, them red, red bad, kill red' pattern with every story of a Korean MMO, with fleshed out political interests between each factions.
