Add an e-mail to the address book of Xerox AltaLink C8000 Series
This video walks you through adding an email address to the Xerox AltaLink C8000 series of MFP's from the home screen. As of this video, there is not a way to delete an email address from the touch screen. You can only delete/edit through the web interface. By default, Xerox makes you log-in as Admin before it allows you to add the shortcut from the home screen. You can go to the web interface and change this setting so you don't have to log-in every time. Or, if a you're in front of a computer, it's easier to add email shortcuts through the web interface. 1) Properties 2) Apps 3) e-Mail 4) setup 5) Address Book 6) "Global Policies" -- select "All Users" & select "Apply"
