Bethesda being sued over Fallout 4s Season pass and Creation Club

To long didn't watch - Bethesda is being sued over Fallout 4 and its season pass. Claims are the season pass states it includes all Fallout 4s content and they say this blanket use of words should be covering creation club as well.
