After put sugar and vanilla essence heat until your sugar has dissolved. STEP 4 Put your apple pieces into the saucepan and allow to boil for 15 minutes STEP 5 Make sure your apples are soft and dish up in a bowl Allow to cool for a few minutes crumble recipe 75g golden caster sugar 100g slightly salted butter , chilled 100g self-raising flour 70g/2oz rolled oats 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp ground cinnamon Blitz all the ingredients for the crumble together in a food processor until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Tip half the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake 180c for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden. Caramel sauce 250g caster sugar 142ml pot double cream 50g butter 4 table spoon water sugar into frying pan, stir in 4 tbsp water, then place over a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat and bubble for 4-5 mins until you have caramel. Take off the heat, then carefully stir in the cream and butter. Leave the sauce to cool, #cookingchannel #foodbakevs #tasty
