Praetorius: "Come thou Redeemer of the Earth" (arr. Parnell)

This tune is called "Puer nobis nascitur" (A child is born to us) and is used for a number of texts but usually during Advent or Christmas as well as Eastertide. This is a classic Advent hymn with a text attributed to St. Ambrose and translated by John M. Neale. The arrangement is by Andrew Parnell, an English organist who has served at St Alban's and Ely cathedrals.
