Sonic Pinball Party Chao puzzle

I have to thank GameSack for making me aware of this! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm-peI2t7zg I always known about Sonic Pinball party but never knew this game's Chao garden had a puzzle game...I only played Sonic Advance 1 and 2 and the Demo I did with the chao download but never saw this until now....I am still having a problem trying to figure out how this work all the way but I love it!
