Dell Inspiron Problems 1

1) Computer started very intermittently making a noise from what sounded like the fan. 2) I called Dell service, they made me do some remote diagnostics on it- a dude remoted in and cleaned up a lot of excess crap. Made it run faster for sure, but didn't solve the real problem- NOISE from the fan(?) and random boot problems. 3) Dell said "ok, send it in- we'll have a FedEX box at your house tomorrow." 4) Dell said "we couldn't find anything wrong, so we did a full wipe and fresh install of Win7." 5) Same day we got it back, it was making the noise again. 6) I called them back up, they were like "oh sorry bro, looks like we overlooked that there could be a problem with the fan, mobo, and heatsink. We'll have a guy out to fix that- should be a day or two." 7) It was about a week before he was able to come out and "fix" the computer. He replaced the mobo, fan/heatsink on my dining room table. 8) That night, it started making the noise again. AWESOME!!!! 9) I called, and they once again provided me a FedEX box to send it back in. 10) "Hey bro, it's Dell again- we couldn't find anything wrong with the computer, so we'll hold it in advanced testing with our specialists for a few more days- then send it back after we fix it- is that cool with you?" (me)- "yeah sure, as long as it is fixed!" 11) Computer shows up NEXT DAY- so obv the "advanced testing" was a farce. 12) No problems for TWO WHOLE DAYS this time- but as always, the noise is still present. 13) Last night the noise returned. 14) Tonight i got it on video. I'll be calling Dell back, and this time i want a different computer. They obviously haven't even tried to fix this piece of crap.
