Step 1: Get an Assault Rifle @0:20 - 0:53 Step 2: Get a Wheel Chair and Battery (can only hold one at a time as it cant be stored in your inventory) @0:54 - 1:26 Step 3: Combine to make an Electric Chair @1:26 - 1:57 Step 4: Combine Electric Chair and Assault Rifle on workbench @1:57 - 2:30 Step 5: DONE!! @2:30- 3:23 Vegas Update ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alright guys so I re-installed my Vegas 10 and this video was uploaded using .wmv so maybe I will keep using 10.
