Wrapping TimescaleDB functions for the Ruby Ecosystem

In this video, @jonatasdp navigates the basics of a minimal ActiveRecord example and discusses how we can approach the Timescaledb functions along with the migration files. We end up hacking the `create_table` method to also allow hypertable options.
