The video encompasses the entire experience through visualization and music. The music was made in the moment during the "transition" period and fully describes the feeling. -Details about the experience- The patterns and effects are what was seen on every surface. For example, in this video I show the surface of a yoga mat. The visuals were seen with eyes open during the day and came/went in waves. 2g of Golden Teacher gave this effect but everyone has different experiences so don't expect this to happen. It was like every surface had a specific pattern that could be recognized and these patterns had noticeable structure.
