The Long Dark (S3) 13: That's A Lot Of Moose Meat! Let's Play TLD Gameplay
This is The Long Dark an indie wilderness survival game brought to us by Hinterlands Studio. In this episode we attempt to bring all of our gains back to the cabin in order to cook them up and hopefully use them to live here a good bit longer. I'm unsure how long the weather will be nice to us, but all we can do is all we can do. This meat sure is heavy! ========================================== The Long Dark is an open world survival sandbox game (story mode not available yet) where you have to count calories and manage your wind chill. In this world some mysterious event has caused all the electronics in the world to fail. Struggle to survive against all odds in various locations and through various challenges as you attempt to unravel the mystery of what exactly happened. The game plays first person, and single player with a lot of emphasis on managing how quickly you are consuming resources in a given area before you have to make that oh so difficult decision to move on to other locations hoping they provide you with more food and burning materials. Dynamic weather effects and wildlife that has been made more aggressive by the (nondescript) geomagnetic disaster. ========================================== Did you have fun watching?
