CREALITY CR-5 PRO High Temp fail bushing/axle
Creality CR-5 PRO High Temp failure after 8 days since unpacking with lightweight printing. Initially we've spent 8+ hours because the BLtouch was malfunctioning and when unpacking and hiting "home" the inner core of the bltouch was not always dropping so the bed kept trying to go down. After hours of tinkering and adjusting screw on BL probe, recalibrating and sending manual reset Z axis from "pronterface" software as it kept increasing with each calibration, we've managed to make it print "decently"(far from what we see in videos) with a hardcoded 1.8mm offset before each print. This morning, we've found a wrecked printed part and looking at the cause, it seems the plastic bushing or something give way and failed for the x axis... With these two, I'm declaring myself unhappy with the printer and will ask for a return and refund. Update: broken piece - https://bit.ly/3duU8OQ
