You have to ranch and manage slimes in order to harvest their plorts for money while you're on the Far, Far Range, a thousand light years from Earth. You play as Beatrix Lebeau, a young rancher who decides to change things up and starts wrangling slimes! Crazy. Slime Rancher is basically a sandbox first-person game where you have to solve space problems related to having too many slimes and storing plorts and you need to travel far and wide in order to find all sorts of new slimes.
