Lego Harry Potter Hedwig (75979) Review
Today I am reviewing the Lego Harry Potter Hedwig set, the set number is 75979, this set has 630 pieces and was released in 2020. This set was built by my dad, the timelapse build can be seen here:- https://youtu.be/r7eq2d_08LE This set comes with 1 minifigures which is unique to this set - Harry Potter, it also comes with a minifigure size Hedwig. The model has a lot of impressive detail and depicts Hedwig carrying a letter from Hogarts, there is also a handle at the rear that operates a mechanism that drives the toy's wings up and down, with the cleverly designed joints producing a realistic beating appearance. The set has a wingspan of over 13” (34cm) and a beak-to-tail measurement of over 7” (20cm).
