You might find the information you need :) I think i am finally satisfied with the results :) I tried to optimize it to 60 FPS as much as i could, but the game engine is not taking any advantage from the new and powerfull processors so heavy object loading is eating a lot of performance (looking at the cities or occupied places from distance) due to bad and old optimization for processors. You can get a lot of FPS using in-game settings slider for object but at the cost of view beauty. The graphics card is the last part of PC that could possible start limiting you unless you pick some Supersampling options inside ENB.
