Altar Smart IVR (Visual IVR) is a new, self-service, fast access channel to information, services and call/contact center agents for smartphone (Android, iOS), tablet and www users. Thanks to the visual mapping of IVR scenario on the screen and intuitive navigation, it ensures easy self-service without the need of relistening to next voice announcements. Altar Smart IVR is additionally wide palette of accessible expression resources and new attainment channel with personalized marketing communication to various group of clients. It displays on the screen in a discrete, but visible way, without hampering navigation: - Advertisements (text, photos, animation, film - Announcements, - Training materials Altar Smart IVR -- it's easy! Application content is a dynamic (exhibited from Smart IVR server), easy to implement and drivable from administrator's level. Change of content, layout, menu, switching on new functions does not require actualization of application on the smartphone user side. The same Graphic Configurator is used, what is the case with the rest elements of the system: IVR, agents' scripts.
