Ghost Recon Breakpoint - Under the Mask (Main Mission)

Could this be the last guy on my bounty list. The final part where I have to identify him was the longest it took me. Thought using my drone will pick him out for me, turns out I am dead wrong. Read the objective carefully to find out how to find him. hint :- He is always in the training area AND he frequently uses his Walkie Talkie.
