Is it worth it to buy a refurbished 3D printer? Refurbished Ender-3 V2 and Ender-5 Plus from Comgro

Welcome back to Aurora Tech Channel. Today, I will test out 2 refurbished Creality printers. Generally, buying refurbished machines can save you around 30% or more. Previously, I bought 3 refurbished printers from Comgrow to test out other products, including a CR-10S Pro V2 for around $360, and converted it to an OMG direct extruder. The printer was fully functional, with just some cosmetic defects like scratches on the print bed and the paint on the aluminum extrusions, and the shipping boxes were also pretty damaged. Compared to the new one, which was being sold at $599, saving more than 40% was still a pretty good deal. After that, I also bought 2 Ender-3 for $220 and made 2 conveyor belt printer conversion videos with them, and surprisingly, they were literally brand new. Today, we are going to take a look at these 2 refurbished printers: an Ender-3 V2 and an Ender-5 Plus. The retail price of the Ender-5 Plus is around $550. The total cost of these 2 refurbished printers is also $550, which could save around 30%. This means that if they are both in good working condition, the Ender-3 V2 is free. I would like to thank Comgrow for sending them to me to review, and with that, let’s get started.
