Day 26 of the 28-Day Joy Challenge with Joanne Karpinen and Vladimira Dragnea!

Welcome to DAY 26 of the 28-DAY JOY CHALLENGE! Fundamentals teacher Joanne Karpinen, based in East Lansing, Michigan, and Vladimira Dragnea, an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner out of Bloomington, Indiana, lead a Level 1 Fundamentals class through the exercises. (This class was held in January before physical distancing measures were in place). We are almost at the end of the challenge. Tell us how you're feeling! Blowing Out the Venom 1. Put your arms out in front, make a fist, and swing them over your head and very slowly lower them in front of you by gently blowing out. 2. Then zip in an affirmation right up the front of your body and reach up high. 2. Triple Warmer Smoothie 1. Rub your hands together and shake them off. 2. Put your hands over your eyes and drag them to your temples. 3. Take a deep breath in and lift your fingers above your ear and around down to your heart chakra. 3. Connecting Heaven and Earth 1. Place your hands in a prayerful position and put one arm up and one arm down, palms flat to the heaven and earth. Do twice on each side. 2. Then come down and bend over and hang for two deep breaths and then weave up with figure eights with your hands over your head. 4. Ming Men Power Stance and Penetrating Flow 1. Put your fingers behind your back, directly opposite your belly button with your thumbs on your hip bones. 2. Bring your wings back and stand strong. 3. Let your fingers dip to your sacrum and then come over your hips like a horseshoe and then bring your hands up to rest on your heart chakra. 5. Three Heart Exercise Make 3 hearts over chest and then come up the center. 6. Heaven Rushing In 1. Rub your hands together and shake them off. 2. Put your hands on your hips and take a deep breath in and out. 3.
