NOT ANOTHER CHALLENGE! NEW Push Up Challenge! |My 1st Attempt at the 2 Min AFCT Release Push Up Tes

This is the push up portion of the new Army Combat Fitness Test. AFCT Do as many RELEASE push ups to standard in 2 minutes. Some of the standards are: -For a Moderate effort job, your minimum requirement is 10 -For a Significant effort job, your minimum is 20 -For a Heavy effort job, your minimum is 30 -Maximum is 60 - You are a warrior beast and should not walk amongst us mere mortals. This is challenging and so I thought it would make for a good push up challenge, so here's my first attempt first thing in the morning. I'm sure I will make another attempt in a few weeks.
