Buon Appetito with ALMA Authentic Italian Gelato
On July 28th, the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario held the third online masterclass of the "Buon Appetito with ALMA" series. Chef Carlo-Maria Ricci, ALMA's Chef Ambassador focused on Italian Authentic Gelato. This special masterclass series has been organized in collaboration with ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine to discover Italian pasta, bread and gelato. The classes, that are part of the True Italian Taste project, have been conceived for media, influencers and industry representatives and made available online for the general public.
