This story is about a female psychopath who is making her money by charming men into intimate relationships, robbing them and destroying their lives. Ella manipulated Tim into putting her name on his house, taking a loan out in his name only and hiding tens of thousands of dollars from him. After this Ella sued him for the money from selling the house claiming to be part owner. This lady fits criteria of antisocial personality disorder.
