SimCity - OmegaCo vs Academy - EP36 - elevated rail

Hello everyone, welcome to SimCity Cities of Tomorrow and welcome to this peaceful region. Five cities are already located here, on three islands. Each city has its own specialization with their own problems. But OmegaCo and the Academy are now around to help each city to solve all their problems and to guide them into the future. And of course, each faction have it's own interests and plans and they will fight against each other for control of the entire region.
