Pro Display SunScreen edge-blended rigid UST front projection screen at ISE 2016

Find out more at: https://prodisplay.com/products/ultra-short-throw-front-projection-screen/ Our SunScreen is a multi-talented performer. At ISE 2015 last year we launched SunScreen as a solution to ultra-short throw front projection in high ambient light, daylight or direct sunlight, thanks to its powerful light-rejecting filter. This year at ISE 2016 we showed SunScreen's next trick: class leading edge-blending with multiple ultra-short throw projectors. Designed for UST projection from the outset, SunScreen's broad off-axis gain is perfect for edge-blending, while the light-rejecting filter protects the image from fade and wash-out. SunScreen delivers stunningly bright, high contrast images, even at extreme viewing angles. SunScreen's images have so much impact that many have said it's the closest they've seen a projection screen get to an LED panel (but at a fraction of the price, and with no unsightly bezel!). This video shows a super-wide SunScreen (around 3500mm wide by 1000mm high) on our exhibition stand at ISE 2016, front projected using two NEC U341-H 1080p HD UST projectors (http://nec-display-solutions.com/p/uk/en/products/details/rp/U321H.xhtml). Content was rendered at 3840 x 1080 using Scalable Display software (http://scalabledisplay.com/) and the footage included 4K clips with very kind permission from Artbeats (http://artbeats.com/). An edge-blended SunScreen display opens up new avenues for projection applications including retail window displays, corporate boardroooms, classrooms, auditoriums, digital signage, and TV broadcast to name a few. SunScreen can be supplied in 16:9 screen sizes up to 120", or as 1600mm x 900mm tiles to create extra large format projection walls. SunScreen is our latest front projection technology, designed specifically for the new wave of ultra-short throw projectors and proven to work in high ambient and daylight environments.
