EX: Floor 10 - Liyue UNLOCKED Floor 11 - Inazuma UNLOCKED Floor 12 - Sumeru UNLOCKED 3: I can use any Characters however I can only level them with the resources within Mondstadt or whatever regions I have unlocked at that time.
