Kali ini saya akan kongsikan resepi biskut almond london klasik dan yang berperisa matcha yang tengah viral tu. Saya menggunakan satu adunan biskut sahaja, hanya coklat salutannya sahaja yang berbeza. Rasa almond london matcha ini tidaklah terlalu manis atau rasa pahit, rasanya sedang elok dan warnanya juga cantik. Tapi kalau anda suka rasa matcha yang lebih kuat, boleh tambahkan sedikit serbuk matcha ke dalam adunan biskut. Peminat almond london bolehlah cuba resepi ini untuk lebaran nanti ya. Happy baking! Jumlah Biskut : (+-) 132 biji 🍀ADUNAN BISKUT : 125 gm mentega bergaram (lembut) | 1/2 cawan & 1 sudu besar 125 gm marjerin/ Buttercup | 1/2 cawan & 1 sudu besar 90 gm gula icing | 2/3 cawan 1 biji kuning telur gred A 1 sudu teh esen vanilla 40 gm serbuk badam | 1/3 cawan padat 45 gm cornflakes | 1 cawan (kisar halus) 250 gm tepung gandum | 2 cawan 75 gm tepung jagung | 3/4 cawan 15 gm tepung beras | 2 sudu besar 4 gm baking powder | 1 sudu teh 2 gm emplex | 1 sudu teh 150 gm badam sebiji | 1 cawan (bakar 130℃, 30-40 minit, sehingga masak & tidak rasa mentah) 45 gm badam cincang | 1/3 cawan (bakar 130℃, 5-7 minit) 🍀SALUTAN : 200 gm coklat masakan gelap 15 gm shortening | 1 sudu besar 200 gm coklat masakan putih 15 gm shortening | 1 sudu besar 5 gm serbuk matcha | 1 sudu besar SUHU MEMBAKAR BISKUT : 165℃, 30-35 minit, api atas bawah. The matcha almond london has perfect balance between sweetness and earthy matcha flavor, with no bitterness. But if you like more intense matcha flavor, you can add some of the matcha powder into the cookie dough. Make these cookies for incoming eid to impress your guests. Happy baking!
