Welcome to Life Coaching – Session 4 – Mental Rehearsal and Honoring your Yes and No, Week 4 of our FREE 90 Day Remote Life Coaching Program. In Week 4 we link pleasure with activities that help us meet our goals and learn a technique called mental rehearsal for dealing with challenges. What are you thankful for today? What’s going well? Challenges? Are your anchors helping you to stay focused on your goals? Are you on target to meet your 90 Day Goals? A technique called Mental Rehearsal is useful in helping us work towards our goals. You can use it to improve your golf swing or to practice saying what needs to be said or doing what needs to be done in that tough situation. Imagine you are in your body but you are in the challenging situation. Don’t look at yourself from the outside, but imagine as if you are actually meeting this challenge. Action – 1) Practice your Mental Rehearsal Every day 2) Continue honoring your Yes and No. Elisabeth Welsh is a dual certified Life Coach and Health Coach.
