Hogwarts at Harvard
With the imminent arrival of Fantastic Beast 2 on November 16, 2018, Harry Potter mania is back again. Harry Potter events have been popping up everywhere. Rumor has it that Harvard is American's Hogwarts. Looking at the architecture around town, you can imagine you are in your own Harry Potter fantasy. Children and grown-ups are joining in the fun, dressing up and playing Harry Potter. So I decided to participate. My first stop is to stock up on wizarding supplies at Petali Flowers in Harvard square. After picking up a magic owl and a wand, I was now ready for wizarding school. At "Save the Munbax", an immersive theater production, I took magic classes and then attempted to rescue a magical creature called the Munbax. The magical season is just heating up. In October, there will be fun events at the Brookline library and in December, the Middle East in Central Square will host "Harry and the Potters' 14th Annual Yule Ball".
