How to Fix Radious Total War Compatibility With Other Mods

Note: This only fixes your game if your game crashes at startup. If you can load the game and it is in battle or the campaign that you are getting a crash, this fix will not work for you. Also, to use the unit pack, you still have to use the main radious mod. Hi all, I have uploaded this to show you how to fix Radious Warhammer Total War compatibility after the June 30, 2016 patch. The reason why your game is crashing is because Radius forgot to rename the data__core table fragments to something else, such as rad_data__core. Magnar says here that you shouldn't name table fragments data__core or data: https://youtu.be/CtoD9TcjuBI?t=22m57s If you rename those table fragments that are named data__core in pfm, the game should no longer crash, You need to download Pack File Manager 4.1 (pfm), found here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?730823-PFM-4-1-Warhammer-support Install pfm by extracting it and then follow these instructions: 1. Browse to your Data folder in your Warhammer Total War install location 2. Open up radius_total_war_mod.pack with pfm 3. Find and select db 4. Select Postprocess in the menu. 5. Select Rename, then Rename selected. 6. Type in rad_ 7. Save and exit. Radious should now work with any mod that it was compatible with before but now is not after the June 30, 2016 patch.
