On Mon/ Feb. 4, 2013, at the Scottish Rite Center, 19th and Slaot, 6 to 8 p.m, the San Francisco Police Commission with SFPD Chief Greg Suhr, Commanders Richard Correia and Mikail Ali, Commissioners Julius Turman, Suzy Loftus, and Carol Kingsley [sitting in for Angela Chan], held the second of three forums gathering community input on whether Crisis Intervention Team cops should walk down people in crisis with Electronic Control Devices, also known as Tasers. In this video, Cheif Greg Suhr began with ''background, and how we got here,' promoting Tasers as 'less-lethal' weapons, or substitutes for guns.
