Technologies in Metal 3D Printing

Full Webinar HERE ➡️https://www.eos.info/en/industrial-3d-printing/additive-manufacturing-webinar/ondemand/zerotohero-metal In this video, Sebastian Becker, Product Manager for Metal Systems at EOS, will give you an overview of learning how to start production with metal 3D-Printing. ? Already in 2018, the metal additive manufacturing market had a total market volume over 1 billion USD for the systems and 250 million USD for the material. Until 2022 it is expected to more almost triple, which shows the high potential of Additive Manufacturing.?? The four methods are: 1️⃣ Metal Binder Jetting (MBJ): Parts up to 200mm and simply geometries are possible 2️⃣ Direct Energy Deposition (DED): Lower complexity in geometry compared to MBJ, but larger parts are possible 3️⃣ Electron Beam Powder Bed Fusion (EMB): Complex geometry but only smaller parts are possible 4️⃣ Laser Beam Powder Bed Fusion (DMLS): Complex geometry and large parts possible. EMB has the largest scope of applications Any more questions? We are happy to answer them in the comments ? ____________________ Connect with us on our Social Media channels?
