WATCH: Chiefs Assembly technical committee member, Vekondja Tjikuzu, speaks about the 120th anniversary of the start of the resistance war against Germany’s occupation in Namibia. He says descendants of the affected communities continue to suffer from a psychological and economic point of view because government has done little to empower them, especially when it comes to land redistribution. He further claims government wants to impose the Joint Declaration signed by the Namibian and German governments on the affected communities.
