For the story, we find out that this is where Saddler and Salazar dug up the Las Plagas parasite and how they infected everyone. A bunch of flying miserable insects, some dynamite and 2 Los Gigantes at once.. and try not to get crushed by the huge rocked lifting up and dropping down in your narrow tunnel path. Make sure to pull the lever! or you'll never make it. A taste of fresh air and then back underground we go. Some ceiling spikes and a deadly mine cart ride later and then we just have to run from a huge Salazar statue that moves pretty darn well. Throw a knife threw Salazar's hand when we catch up at a tower, then watch him cower away with his minion up an elevator. While we take the long way, Salazar holds a ritual with Ashely and she is taken away in a boat to an Island. We get to the top and blast Salazar into nothing. Kaboom! Next is Saddler.. Basics: 6yrs after RE2 and Leon is now working under direct orders from the President of the United States to rescue the Presidents' daughter. Ashley Graham, the Presidents daughter, has been kidnaped and held hostage by a mysterious organization/cult, the Los Iluminados ("The Enlightened" in Spanish), in a rural part of Spain. Enter in, the Los Ganados ("The Cattle" in Spanish) - Leon fights to fend off waves of hostile villagers, previously all harmless farmers, now all infected by a mind controlling parasite - the Las Plagas ("The Pests" or "The Plagues" in Spanish). Osmund Sadler is the leader of the Los Iluminados and the main parasite involved in abducting Ashley. Sadler took advantage of Salazar's unpopularity, loneliness and lack of family to brainwash him into uncovering the Las Plagas that Salazar's ancestors buried deep underground...
